Over the course of three lunar phases, you are invited on a sacred path of homecoming. A ceremonial journey through the fertile soil, the threshold of thorns, and the return of the rose. A rewiring of your nervous system, a tending to your body through touch, energetics and deep listening. Layer by layer we will let the old stories fall to the ground, so what was once forgotten may rise again, clothed in truth and tenderness.
This is not a journey of becoming something more or someone new, but of deepening into what is already breathing within you. A slow unfurling — a devotional descent into the womb and woman in you that has been waiting quietly to be remembered.

The Weave of the Journey
We begin in the underworld of the body — the dark, fertile soil where endings and beginnings entwine. Here, the body learns safety again. The nervous system exhales, the muscles loosen their stories, and the breath deepens into truth. This is the descent, the moment where you lay down what no longer needs to be carried and build your altar of fertile beginnings.
Through gentle breathwork, nervous system rewiring, therapeutic touch, energy and ceremony, we invite the body to soften and to listen. You will be guided to tend to your own soil — through small daily rituals, salt baths, herbal infusions, and silence — offerings to the ground of your becoming. This is where the seeds of remembrance are planted, in stillness and in devotion.
The Fertile Soil
From a sacred ground of safety, we step into the tender in-between — the threshold where the rose meets her own thorns. This is the initiation, the moment where truth pierces through protection. Here, we meet the parts of you that once guarded your truth, the edges that learned to defend love.
Through ceremony, de-armouring arts, breath, and energy work, we cross this threshold not by force, but through reverence. Each thorn is honoured — a protector, a teacher, a prayer. We do not cut them away; we listen to what they hold. In this space, old patterns born from fear and absence begin to unravel. You learn to rewire your inner architecture — to live guided by intuition, boundary, and embodied trust.
Through this sacred threshold, something ancient begins to move again — the quiet pulse of life beneath the armor. As you soften into what once felt unyielding, devotion takes root where defense once lived. What once felt like protection becomes prayer. Through closing the bones ceremony and sacred rituals, we gather all that has been remembered and anchor it in your body. We weave an altar of intention and nourishment into an intimate celebration of your path, a prayer to the woman and womb of her.
This is not the end, but the true beginning. You move through the world differently. You listen to her. You trust her to lead you. You are rooted in a soil that is nourished from depth and devotion. Structure and Practicals
Duration and Format
We will meet over the length of three months for six sacred sessions. The length of the sessions varies between two to three hours, every second week in Amarie Atelier located in Søreide, Bergen. Between sessions, you will receive gentle rituals, reflections, and practices to support your integration — small threads to continue weaving the work into your daily life. I will remain available throughout the journey for support and gentle guidance through message or email.
Each session is ceremonial and deeply embodied, blending elements of de-armouring, energy work, breath, touch, dialogue, and ritual. We listen to the language of your body and womb, moving between release, rest, nourishment, and renewal. You’ll also receive holistic guidance to support your physical body between sessions — through herbs, nutrition, ritual, and daily rhythm.

Upon beginning your journey, you will receive a personal gift crafted for your unique being — a selection of nourishing tools as well as selected products from the Apothecary to support you and your body through the three moons we will walk together.
